Opening times are 10am &#8211; 3pm, Monday \u2013 Friday, and from 6pm-9pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the people who call the Helpline are parents whose baby has died. Their loss may have been very recent, or may have happened many years ago. We also welcome calls from:<\/p>\n<p>Relatives: grandparents, siblings, aunts and uncles or friends<br \/>\nHealth care professionals: GPs, health visitors, hospital staff, mental Health workers<br \/>\nOther professionals involved with bereaved people: clergy, funeral directors<br \/>\nEmployers who have a bereaved parent returning to work.<br \/>\nThe Helpline team are there to listen and give support. They can advise you about finding local help, whether from a Sands group or other counselling services, and have information about other relevant support organisations.<\/p>\n<p>You can email the Helpline directly at helpline@uk-sands.org<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Sands Web Forum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Sands Forum is an online meeting place for those affected by Stillbirth and Neonatal Death, with a wide range of experiences among its users.
